Claude Girard obtained a certificate in visual arts at Bishop's University in 2004. The plant motif appears in the composition of her paintings with an open window on the thematic of the tree. In using mix medias such inks, acrylic, charcoal and watercolour, we can see appearing, under subtle wash drawings of light, a fluid trace of the line… her passion for drawing. The atmospheres in her landscapes, filled with sensitivity, mystery and subtlety, permit us to travel towards a more whimsical dimension, beyond time and space. She is in constant search of harmony and gentleness for a more poetic dimension.
